Cancellation Policy
We set aside time to create your order. When we do that, we don't book orders for anyone else in that time slot.
- You can e-mail us at: hello@myblushpeony.com to cancel your order 7 days before the requested delivery or pick-up date and time. Please have your invoice number available. A 50% restocking fee will apply on total paid amount and the balance will be given as a store credit. There will be no refund.
- However, if you cancel your order less than 7 days before the requested delivery or pick-up date and time the order becomes final and non-refundable due to the commitment of resources, production, and delivery arrangements made by My Blush Peony Inc.
- Please consider your order cancelled only when you have received a confirmation by email.
- If you are downsizing your order, no store credit will be given, as we have already acquired all necessary materials according to the original order.
- If your modification involves an increase in order size, you will be charged for the difference.
- If you need to switch delivery to pick-up 48 hours before your order date and time, a store credit will be given.
- If you need to switch pick-up to delivery 48 hours before your order date and time, Delivery fees will be calculated and communicated to you.
- No modifications will be accepted on the day of delivery or pick-up.
- Please consider your order changed only when you have received a confirmation by email.
- To reschedule your order, please email us at hello@myblushpeony.com at least 48 hours before the originally requested delivery or pick-up date and time. Make sure to have your invoice number available, as well as the new details. If you need to change the delivery location, the delivery rate will be recalculated accordingly.
